Double Bay At Simei is going to launch this coming Friday (6th of March) jointly marketed by ERA and Knight Frank.

IAS (Interest Absorption Scheme) will be offered to this project by both local banks UOB and OCBC. You can find out more details exactly about Double Bay here.
